Fee model

Spreadr's economics are aligned with user activity and are transparent on every fill.

Builder fees

Spreadr is registered as a builder on the venues that offer a builder program — a mechanism by which the interface that routes an order earns a share of the exchange fee the user already pays. Spreadr is a registered builder on Hyperliquid, Extended, Lighter, and Orderly; Aster's builder program is being integrated.

The builder fee is taken on the exchange side, as a portion of the existing exchange fee — not as an additional charge deducted from the user's wallet. On venues that expose it, the fee appears as a transparent line item on each fill.

Alignment

Because revenue accrues per unit of executed volume, Spreadr's incentives are structurally aligned with users completing trades they wanted to make: there is no revenue in over-trading a user, pushing them into unprofitable positions, or holding custody. Spreadr earns when users execute, and only then.
